Opportunity: RN - OR Job Details: • Work 4x10 day shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM • 36 guaranteed hours per week • 13-week assignment length • Call requirements on any scheduled day, averaging 5 or less per 8 weeks • Weekend hours as required by facility • Float requirements as required by facility • Patient ratio: 1:1 • Must have 2 years Level 1 or 2 Trauma Experience (Teaching hospital experience considered) • Scrub and OR Circulator experience required • Level 1 trauma with multiple years of experience preferred • Current RN License meeting Missouri licensure criteria • BLS from AHA certification required • Work with various equipment including DaVinci Robot • EMR: EPIC • Dress code: Black scrubs required, professional attire only • Handle outpatient to critical care inpatient cases • Night shift orients on day shift and must be available entire orientation week • Flu vaccination or approved exemption required November 1-April 1 • Must be highly motivated self-starter Facility: This healthcare facility earned an A grade in The Leapfrog Group's Fall 2025 Hospital Safety Grade and is known for its unique combination of leading-edge healthcare and compassionate team of caregivers.
