The position offers a stimulating day shift schedule with the opportunity to earn up to $68 per hour, plus additional on-call compensation. Required Skills: • 2+ years of circulatory experience in operating rooms • Proven expertise in General, Ortho, GYN, and Cysto procedures • Strong knowledge of Meditech EMR • Ability to efficiently manage a fast-paced surgical environment • Excellent communication and teamwork skills Nice to Have Skills: • Additional case experience beyond core specialties • Experience working in a travel or hospital setting Preferred Education and Experience: • Minimum of 1 year of circulating OR RN experience • Valid RN license in Ohio or the ability to obtain one • Capable of working independently and adapting to varied clinical scenarios Other Requirements: • Must have housing within 30 minutes of the Toledo facility due to call responsibilities • Call is required one day per week and during two weekends over the 13-week contract (call hours from 0700 Saturday to 0700 Monday) • Call callback rate of 1.5x pay (similar to OT) • On-call shifts are a non-negotiable commitment • Start date is ASAP • Must be comfortable with scrubless circulator roles; scrubs not required • Flexibility to handle a range of case types and emergencies This is an outstanding opportunity to enhance your skills, earn competitive compensation, and enjoy the adventure of travel nursing.
