What You'll Do: Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care overnight to residents ranging from 18 to 80+ years old, including those with traumatic brain injuries. Manage a heavy workload in a facility caring for approximately 75 residents, with a capacity of up to 88. Your expertise will support residents' recovery and improve their quality of life. Required Skills: • Valid Illinois RN license • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience • Strong clinical skills in trauma or neuro-rehabilitation is a plus • Excellent communication and compassion • Ability to handle a fast-paced, demanding environment Nice to Have Skills: • Experience working with neurological or trauma patients • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems • Bilingual abilities or additional language skills Preferred Education and Experience: • Certified Registered Nurse with an Illinois license • Experience in long-term care, neuro-rehabilitation, or trauma units preferred Other Requirements: • Willingness to work night shifts (7 PM to 7 AM) • Ability to handle heavy workloads and challenging cases • No travel required; local candidates preferred This is more than just a job—it's an opportunity to grow professionally while making a real difference.
