Job Details:

• Work 3x12 night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 12-week assignment duration
• Patient ratio of 5:1 for days, nights, and weekends
• Care for adult patients on a 17-bed telemetry unit with daily census of 15
• Weekend coverage required
• 30 hours of orientation provided
• One pre-approved time off request allowed
• 2 years of experience required (first time travelers accepted)
• Arkansas State or Compact RN license required
• Must pass basic dysrhythmia test (2 attempts allowed)
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• Essential skills include cardiac telemetry, blood product administration, central line care, heparin protocols, PICC line management, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, and cardiac drip titration
• Experience with Meditech charting system preferred
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Must live outside 100-mile radius from facility
• Travel experience required
• Holiday work expected
• Interdisciplinary support available including physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
