Opportunity: RN - Tele Job Details: • Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM • Weekly guaranteed hours: 36 or 48 hours (must be indicated on submission) • 13-week assignment length • Work on Medical 7B floor with 32 beds • Patient ratios: Days 1:5-1:6, nights 1:6-1:7 (ratios not guaranteed) • Will float on a rotational basis • Weekend hours as required by facility • No call requirements • Current RN license required (Missouri eligible or licensed) • Required certifications: BLS from AHA only, NIHSS (may obtain prior to start) • Minimum 1 year telemetry experience required (inpatient only) • Experience and competence in drug titration required • Work with telemetry equipment, lift equipment, IV pumps, and tube feeding pumps • Use EPIC electronic medical record system • Care for medical or medical telemetry patients, including those with developmental delays • Dress code: Black scrubs only • Night shift orientation occurs on day shift and must be available entire week • Flu vaccination or approved exemption required November 1-April 1 • Provide direct patient care for all age groups including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation • Physical demands include standing and walking most of the time, bending, stooping, lifting and turning patients with assistance Facility: This healthcare facility earned an A grade in The Leapfrog Group's Fall 2025 Hospital Safety Grade and is known for its combination of leading-edge healthcare and compassionate caregiving team.
