Opportunity: RN - Med Surg Tele Job Details: • Work day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM • 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week • Work 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule • Must have telemetry experience to apply • 2+ years of nursing experience required • 6:1 patient ratio • Float pool position requiring willingness to work between multiple departments and four facilities • Required certifications: BLS, ACLS • Arizona nursing license required • EMR system: Cerner • Any color scrubs acceptable • Provide care to patients utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act • Demonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment for safe delivery of care • Delegate patient care priorities and supervise assigned personnel • Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education • 13-week assignment duration with ASAP start date Facility: This healthcare organization operates multiple medical facilities providing comprehensive medical and surgical services with telemetry monitoring capabilities.
