Travel Registered Telemetry Unit Nurse | High Point, North Carolina in High Point, NC

A travel nursing opportunity is available for experienced RNs with a background in Med Surg and Telemetry nursing. This role focuses on providing high-quality care primarily to medical-surgical patients while supporting the broader needs of a hospital setting. Key Qualifications and Desired Experience : • Active RN license with at least 2 years of nursing experience • Proven skills in Med Surg and Telemetry nursing; experience with observation patients preferred • BLS certification required • Ability to pass a required EKG competency exam during onboarding • Experience with EPIC electronic medical records system is advantageous • Previous Charge RN experience is preferred but not required • First-time travel nurses welcome to apply Schedule : • Night shifts, 3x12 hours (7 : 00 PM 7 : 00 AM) • Every other weekend, with holidays as needed • Flexibility to float across hospital units when required Responsibilities : • Provide compassionate and comprehensive care to patients with medical-surgical diagnoses, including respiratory, palliative, end-of-life, hospice, psychiatric observation, and diabetic conditions • Maintain close monitoring and timely documentation in EPIC • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams • Demonstrate adherence to facility policies including punctuality and attendance standards Location : High Point, NC, is known for its friendly community atmosphere and rich history in furniture manufacturing.
