Certificates, Licensures, Registrations • Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment required. Current ACLS and BLS certification from a Vibra Travels-approved vendor required, AHA preferred and required by some clients. • Other certifications may be required by the client. Ex: CNOR (Certified Perioperative Nurse) Other Skills Required • Excellent critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills • Ability to work in high-stress environments and respond quickly in emergencies • Proficient in sterile technique and OR protocols • Ability to serve as scrub or circulating nurse during procedures • Anticipate needs of the surgeon and surgical team • Ability to transfer patients to recovery and provide hand off communication • Strong documentation skills using EMR Vibra follows federal and state requirements for vaccinations, vaccination offerings, and disease screening.
