We are seeking a dedicated Travel RN for the Surgical ICU Stepdown unit in Springfield, MA, offering $2,613/week.
• Provide specialized nursing care to surgical ICU and stepdown patients, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and managing ventilators.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, adhering to hospital policies and protocols.
• Monitor patient progress, document care, and respond promptly to emergencies.
