Assignment Overview • Shift: Nights, 3x12hrs • Hours: 36 hrs/wk • Start Date: Mar 2, 2026 • Length: 13 weeks • Openings: 2 Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Night Cardiac Stepdown position requiring a MO or compact RN license and at least one year of recent specialty experience. Details • Work in the Cardiac Transitional Care Unit and Oncology Progressive Care Stepdown unit • Hospital setting caring for cardiac and oncology stepdown patients • Night shifts from 19:00 to 07:00 • Possible blocked scheduling may be allowed based on facility needs • 13-week travel assignment Requirements • Active MO or compact RN license required at time of consideration • Minimum 1 year recent experience in cardiac stepdown or similar specialty • No gaps in employment of 90 days or more within the past 12 months • All certifications must remain current during the assignment or have proof of renewal scheduled • Valid U.S. Social Security Number required; Canadian SIN not accepted Additional Information • Candidates may have up to 5 days of requested time off, but this time must be made up during the assignment • Local candidates within 50 miles are subject to local rules and restrictions on contract length • After three consecutive local 13-week contracts, a year-long break or assignment outside the 50-mile radius is required for local candidates • Work history will be reviewed to ensure compliance with requirements
