Responsibilities • Provide high-quality nursing care to long-term care patients. • Participate in ongoing professional development and training. • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop patient care plans. • Utilize performance metrics to assess and improve care delivery. • Monitor and document patient progress and changes in condition. • Adhere to safety and infection control protocols at all times. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care. • Educate patients and families on health management and care plans. • Engage in regular communication with patients and their families. • Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the facility. • Assist in the orientation and training of new nursing staff. • Manage time effectively to meet patient care needs and deadlines.
