Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care in a MedSurg setting, ensuring safety and comfort. • Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities. • Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans. • Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures at all times. • Engage in performance evaluations and set personal goals for improvement. • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care as needed. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities. • Utilize data and metrics to assess and improve patient care outcomes. • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care. • Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care. • Support a positive team environment through effective communication and collaboration.
