Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care in the Progressive Care Unit. • Monitor and assess patient conditions regularly. • Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans. • Participate in continuous professional development and training. • Achieve and exceed departmental performance targets. • Educate patients and families on health management and recovery. • Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately. • Maintain high visibility of work activities and results. • Adhere to safety and infection control protocols. • Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions. • Utilize technology and tools to enhance patient care efficiency. • Support a positive team environment and culture.
