START ASAP BILL RATE: $80 SHIFT: days NO CALL FLOATING REQUIRED NO BLOCK SCHEDULE NO 48 HOUR REQUIREMENTS: BLS (ARC or AHA only) ACLS (ARC or AHA only) 1 year expe rience required 1-2 years in Step Down/ ICU TN LICENSE NUMBER OF BEDS- 121 PATIENT RATIO - 1:4 SCRUB COLOR - NAVY EMR - CERNER TRAVELERS SUBMITTED WITHOUT THE NECESSARY INFO OR REQUIREMENTS WILL BE REJECTED MUST INCLUDE THE HOME ADDRESS & SSN ON THE SUBMISSIONS TRAVELERS MUST BE GREATER THAN 50 MILES FROM THE FACILITY
