Responsibilities : • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in Stepdown and Cardiac Stepdown units • Monitor and assess cardiac patients closely, managing complex conditions with critical thinking • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement individualized care plans • Administer medications and treatments while maintaining accurate documentation • Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and discharge planning Qualifications / Desired Experience : • Current RN license in good standing • Experience working in Stepdown and / or Cardiac Stepdown nursing units • Strong cardiac assessment and intervention skills • Ability to manage multiple patients and prioritize patient care effectively • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Location : Virginia Beach, VA Virginia Beach provides an inviting coastal lifestyle with beautiful beaches and a vibrant community.
