Schedule Shift: 12-Hour Nights, 7 PM to 7 AM; Every other weekend and holiday rotations required. Job Description Join our dynamic team on the Step-Down Unit, where you will provide exceptional care to a variety of patients, including those with brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, traumatic fractures, and complex trauma cases. This unit operates as part of a Level 1 Trauma Center in West Virginia, offering state-of-the-art facilities and advanced monitoring technologies. Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care to medically complex, surgical, and trauma patients. Collaborate with healthcare team members to manage complex patient needs. Utilize advanced monitoring and treatment techniques for respiratory management, diabetic control, and trauma recovery. Perform comprehensive patient assessments and utilize strong critical thinking skills. Participate in patient mobilization and rehabilitation efforts. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current RN license in West Virginia. ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
