Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse - Kernersville, North Carolina in Kernersville, NC

Location:Based in Kernersville, NC, this role serves a healthcare facility renowned for cardiac care. Schedule:
• 3x12-hour night shifts (7 PM 7 AM)
• Every other weekend off
• Holidays as needed
• Floating assignments as required

Qualifications and Experience:
• Current RN licensure with telemetry nursing experience
• Minimum of 2 years direct patient care in cardiac telemetry settings
• First-time travel nurses wele
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Cardiac telemetry experience mandatory, with familiarity in managing congestive heart failure, myocardial infarction, acute coronary syndrome, and arrhythmias
• Skilled in caring for respiratory conditions including COPD and pneumonia

Responsibilities:
• Monitor and manage telemetry patients focusing on cardiac and respiratory diagnoses
• Administer treatments and medications per protocol
