Catalytic Solutions—where clinicians thrive, partners trust us, and healthcare staffing gets smarter. • *Join Our Dynamic Team as a Telemetry/IMC MedSurg RN!****Job Description:**- **Shift:** Days, 7AM - 7PM- **Unit Focus:** Medical, Surgical, and Respiratory Patients- **Weekend Requirement:** 6 shifts per 6-week period- **Call Requirement:** 2 call shifts per 6-week period- **Float Requirement:** As needed; may include Medical/Surgical, Behavioral Health, Joint, or Emergency Department**Responsibilities:**- Exhibit your competence as a Nurse in a collaborative clinical environment.- Provide both routine and complex patient care, while being proactive about long-term goals.- Manage the contingencies of clinical nursing with confidence and skill.- Effectively delegate and assign tasks to enhance care delivery.- Uphold the OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders.- Employ the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation) to deliver high-quality care for assigned patients.- Address the complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and their families.- Administer medications and treatments following protocols; monitor patient responses for side effects and effectiveness.- Maintain clear documentation of patient history, symptoms, treatments, and care provided.- Assess learning needs and educate patients, families, and caregivers on relevant health issues.**Job Requirements:**- **Education/Skills:** - Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred.- **Experience:** - One year of experience in related nursing specialty preferred.- **Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications:** - Current BLS certification required (AHA only). - Current ACLS certification required (AHA only). - RN License in the state of NM or compact.- **Position Requirements:** - New hires will receive precepting from designated trained staff. - Completion of onboarding and competency validations required. - Newly licensed RNs may participate in a residency program or orientation. - Fulfillment of annual competency verification requirements.**Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
