Job Requirements
• Education Requirements: Valid NC or Compact RN license
• Certifications Requirements: AHA BLS Certification, EP Certification (preferred), required state-specific RN certification
• Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of recent EP experience, including ablations and device procedures; previous cath lab experience; travel experience highly preferred
• Other Requirements: Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, strong resilience and adaptability, social skills for team collaboration, ability to manage change, COVID/Booster vaccination compliance (or approved exemption)

Job Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality catheterization laboratory nursing care to patients undergoing electrophysiology procedures, including ablations and device placements.
• Assist physicians and technicians during complex EP procedures, ensuring adherence to safety and clinical protocols.
• Monitor patient vitals and responses throughout procedures, documenting outcomes accurately in EPIC or applicable EMR systems.
• Maintain and ensure proper operation and sterilization of cath lab equipment and devices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth, efficient workflow during night shifts and adapt to changing patient needs.
