Job Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive critical care nursing for ICU patients, including monitoring and managing ventilators, IV drips, and patient assessments. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, RTs, and house supervisors, to develop and implement patient care plans. • Maintain accurate and detailed patient documentation in the EPIC EMR system, ensuring compliance with hospital policies. • Execute procedures such as arterial line management, central line placement, and wound care as required. • Respond promptly to patient emergencies and provide life-saving interventions when necessary.
