Job Requirements
• Education Requirements: Nursing Degree (ASN, BSN, or higher)
• Certifications Requirements: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
• Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of ICU RN experience
• Other Requirements: Ability to float within region, strong critical thinking skills, excellent communication skills

Job Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive critical care nursing for ICU patients, including monitoring and managing ventilators, IV drips, and patient assessments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, RTs, and house supervisors, to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient documentation in the EPIC EMR system, ensuring compliance with hospital policies.
• Execute procedures such as arterial line management, central line placement, and wound care as required.
• Respond promptly to patient emergencies and provide life-saving interventions when necessary.
