Job Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive Med/Surg/Telemetry nursing care to diverse patient populations, including stroke, COPD, chest pain, and GI bleed cases. • Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, execute medication gtt management, and perform procedures such as PIV starts, trach care, and drain management. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to formulate and implement individualized patient care plans, ensuring optimal patient outcomes. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within Epic EMR, including assessments, interventions, and patient progress notes. • Float within scope across designated facilities as needed, ensuring safety and adherence to facility protocols.
