Facility: East Patient Building Location: Sioux Falls, SD Address: 1305 W 18th St, Sioux Falls, SD 57104, USA Shift: Night Weekly Hours: 36.00 Salary Range: $2,794 - $3,482 Department Overview: We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to be part of the Solutions By Sanford team. Ideal candidates will have: • At least one year of nursing experience. • A minimum of six months of travel nursing experience. • A residence located at least 60 miles from the facility. Job Responsibilities: The Registered Nurse (RN) will play a vital role in conducting the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, outcome planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide tailored patient care. Nurses will collaborate with inter-professional teams, including physicians, to optimize patient care plans, ensuring adherence to relevant nursing standards and practices. Key nursing duties include: • Patient assessment and education. • Triage and implementation of nursing interventions. • Coordination of care across different health stages. The RN will operate within the Nursing Practice Act’s guidelines and the ethical standards established by the American Nurses Association. Qualifications: Applicants must be graduates of accredited nursing programs; a Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred. Candidates should maintain an active RN license in the state of practice or be compliant with multi-state licensure regulations.
