Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) utilizes the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation) to provide personalized nursing care to patients. You will collaborate with a team of inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to effectively plan, implement, and evaluate care. Your practice will encompass all stages of patient care: prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Responsibilities include patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions, all while adhering to the standards outlined in the Nurse Practice Act. Qualifications • Graduation from an accredited nursing program is necessary. • Preference for a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. • Holding an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice or possessing multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. • Commitment to obtaining and maintaining required competencies and certifications.
