Facility: Surgical Tower Location: 1500 W 22nd St, Sioux Falls, SD 57105, USA Shift: 12 Hours - Day Shifts Weekly Hours: 36.00 Salary Range: $2,866 - $3,586 Department Details Experienced RNs are encouraged to join the Solutions By Sanford team! • Minimum one year of nursing experience. • At least six months of travel nursing experience. • Residency must be at least 60 miles from the assignment location. Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) leverages the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation) to deliver individualized patient care. Work collaboratively with inter-professional teams, including physicians, to design, implement, and assess care outcomes. Demonstrate proficiency and practice within the full range of nursing standards, ensuring compliance with the Nurse Practice Act in your state. Your role includes: • Conducting patient assessments and planning care. • Providing patient education and triage. • Executing various nursing interventions and care coordination. $1,500 Sign-On Bonus! Qualifications Candidates must have: • A degree from an accredited nursing program (Bachelor's Degree preferred). • Current unencumbered RN license with the relevant State Board of Nursing or possesses multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. • Required department-specific competencies and certifications.
