Solutions By Sanford is hiring Registered Nurses who meet the following criteria: • At least one year of nursing experience. • A minimum of six months of travel nursing experience. • Reside at least 60 miles from the job location. Job Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) will utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation) to provide personalized nursing care. You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians, to ensure the best patient outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include: • Caring for patients in various phases of preventative care and treatment. • Planning, coordinating, and assessing patient care. • Educating patients and performing essential nursing interventions. You'll practice in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and maintain high professional standards established by the American Nurses Association. Qualifications: • Graduate from an accredited nursing program. • A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred. • A current, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice, or eligibility under the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC). • Maintain department-specific competencies and certifications.
