Role Overview The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing individualized nursing care to patients, utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, outcome planning, implementation, and evaluation. Work collaboratively with inter-professional teams, including physicians, to implement and evaluate care while demonstrating competency and adhering to the scope of nursing practices. You'll care for patients throughout all phases of preventive care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up as they progress through the continuum of care. Qualifications: • Graduate from an accredited nursing program. • Bachelor's Degree in nursing is preferred. • Current, unencumbered RN license in your practicing state; multistate licensing if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. • Maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
