About the Role: The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a crucial role in providing tailored nursing care by utilizing the nursing process, which includes assessment, diagnosis, outcomes planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborating with inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to develop and assess care plans is essential. RNs will engage in patient care across all phases, including preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care. This position involves planning and coordinating care, patient assessment, education, triage, and executing various nursing interventions. Nurses will work within the scope of practice as stipulated by the state Nurse Practice Act and uphold the American Nurses Association's standards for nursing conduct. Sign-On Bonus: $1,500! Qualifications: • graduates from an accredited nursing program (AACN, ACEN, NLN CNEA). A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred. • Holding an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing in the practice location or possessing multistate licensure if in an NLC state. • Maintain all required competencies and certifications for the department.
