Position Overview The Registered Nurse (RN) provides exceptional nursing care by utilizing the nursing process, which includes assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians, to ensure efficient care delivery. Deliver targeted care throughout various stages of prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up, adapting to the needs of all patient demographics. Responsibilities encompass care coordination, patient assessment, educational support, triage, and other nursing interventions, all conducted within the guidelines set forth by the Nurse Practice Act and other governing standards. Qualifications Required • Graduated from an accredited nursing program recognized by the American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN), the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or the National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA). A Bachelor’s Degree in nursing is preferred. • Possess an unencumbered RN license from the State Board of Nursing in your practice state, or multi-state licensure if applicable. • Maintain necessary department-specific competencies and certifications.
