GLC Group is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Long-Term Care (LTC) assignment in Oil City, Pennsylvania. Assignment Details • Location: Oil City, PA • Setting: Long-Term Care (LTC) • Shift: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM (Saturday, Sunday, Monday) • Duration: 10 weeks • Hours: 36 hours/week (guaranteed) Compensation • Travel Pay: $20/hour + $1,246 weekly stipend • Overtime: $44/hour • Estimated Weekly Gross: $1,966 • Local Pay: $44/hour | $66 OT Job Description The RN will: • Provide direct nursing care to residents in a LTC setting • Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs during assigned shifts • Administer medications and treatments per physician orders • Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes appropriately • Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote quality outcomes Requirements • Active RN license • Minimum 1 year of recent LTC experience with supervisory experience required • Ability to work 12-hour day shifts (Sat–Mon) • Strong leadership, clinical, and communication skills Interested?
