If you’re passionate about wound care, resident outcomes, and working alongside a supportive interdisciplinary team, this could be the perfect next step in your nursing career.✅ Position OverviewAs our Treatment Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting resident healing and comfort through strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through on wound and skin care plans.🩺 Key ResponsibilitiesProvide skilled wound and skin care treatments per physician orders and facility protocolsPerform wound assessments and accurately document progress and changesCommunicate treatment updates with the care team, providers, and families as neededAssist with care planning and ensure proper implementation of wound prevention strategiesSupport infection control standards and monitor for signs/symptoms of infectionCollaborate with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams to promote best outcomesEnsure accurate and timely treatment documentation in the medical record⭐ QualificationsCurrent California LVN license in good standingExperience in wound care/treatments in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferredStrong assessment and documentation skillsTeam-oriented, reliable, and compassionate bedside mannerAbility to work efficiently while maintaining quality resident careWhy Ridgeway Post Acute?At Ridgeway Post Acute, we believe great care starts with great people.
