Triage Nurse in Oregon City, OR

We’re actively seeking an experienced RN for a remote phone triage role supporting pediatric and family patients across multiple clinic locations. After a brief on-site training (1–3 days for equipment pickup), this position is fully remote with a flexible schedule. What You’ll Do: • Provide professional medical advice to patients and families by phone • Educate patients on medical conditions and next steps • Schedule follow-up appointments • Document all interactions in the EMR • Meet ER follow-up benchmarks and quality measures • Deliver outstanding patient service Requirements: • Active Oregon RN license • Must Reside in Oregon • BSN or accredited nursing degree • 1.5+ years of triage nursing experience • BLS/CPR within 30 days of start • EMR experience ✨ Preferred: Pediatrics or Family Practice | PALS or PEARS If you’re passionate about patient care and looking for a remote, flexible RN opportunity, we’d love to connect.
