Where You Will Work:
Established in 1940, Carolina Neurosurgery & Spine Associates provides comprehensive brain and spine care, offering adult and pediatric neurosurgery, spine surgery, physiatry, and physical therapy services. We deliver advanced surgical and nonsurgical treatments for the full spectrum of brain, spine, and peripheral nerve disorders, including brain tumors, spine deformities and injuries, stroke, epilepsy, congenital anomalies, concussions, neck and lowerback pain, and pituitary tumors. Located in Midtown, our Charlotte office offers onsite CT, MRI, and Xray services and also performs epidural steroid injections, enhancing our ability to deliver coordinated, convenient, and comprehensive patient care.
We'reLooking For:
• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Neurosurgical and woundcare experience preferred
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience preferred
• Current certification inBLSrequired
• Prior triage experience preferred
• BSN preferred
Position Details:
• Monday - Friday 8:00a - 4:30p
• The triage nurse in this role will provide clinical support through shunt reprogramming and wound assessments, including the removal of sutures and staples. This position ensures timely, accurate evaluation of patient concerns and contributes to highquality neurosurgical care.

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic carein accordance withestablished standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
