<p>Centria Healthcare is hiring compassionate <strong>Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)</strong> to provide <strong>1:1 private duty nursing</strong> in patients’ homes. You’ll deliver skilled, personalized care to pediatric and adult patients in a low-stress, relationship-based setting.</p>

<p>This opportunity supports an adult client with a history of a motor vehicle accident (2020) resulting in a C1 ASIA-C spinal cord injury and traumatic brain injury. The client has undergone C1–C2 stabilization and requires specialized, hands-on care.</p>
<p>Care needs include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Neurogenic bladder management, including intermittent straight catheterization</li>
<li>Monitoring for and managing frequent urinary tract infections (UTIs)</li>
<li>Mobility assistance — client is able to ambulate short distances (up to 40 steps) with a walker</li>
<li>Support with activities of daily living (ADLs) and ongoing safety supervision</li>
</ul>

<li>Provide skilled nursing care (trach/vent care, medication administration, catheter care)</li>
<li>Monitor and document patient condition and vital signs</li>
<li>Assist with daily living activities (ADLs)</li>
<li>Communicate with families and care teams</li>
<li>Maintain safe, high-quality, patient-centered care<br><br></li>

<ul>
<li>Active <strong>RN or LPN license</strong> in the state of Michigan</li>
<li>Home care or private duty experience preferred (not required)</li>
<li>Trach/vent experience a plus (training provided)</li>
