Key Responsibilities:
• Promote a positive culture at The Corvallis Clinic in line with our Service and Behavioral Standards.
• Deliver comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation.
• Manage patient flow and prepare patients for examinations.
• Gather necessary patient information for visits, ensuring accurate documentation in the Electronic Medical Record.
• Efficiently triage patient calls and complete callbacks and prescription refills in accordance with provider guidelines.
• Assist providers with procedures and maintain aseptic conditions; perform invasive procedures within your scope of training and skills.
• Monitor physician schedules to ensure accuracy.
• Enhance care quality through continuing education and effective self-evaluation, including attending relevant meetings and staying current on protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in shared workspaces and exam rooms.
• Participate in the orientation and training of new team members.

Required Qualifications:
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Unencumbered Registered Nurse license in Oregon.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or the ability to obtain BLS certification within 90 days of hiring.

Preferred Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of experience in an acute care setting or clinic environment.
• Solid knowledge of the nursing process.
• Familiarity with core clinical skills essential for patient care.
• Strong collaboration skills with providers, clinical staff, and patients.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a high-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.

Compensation is based on various factors including local labor market conditions, education, and experience. In addition to your salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, incentives, and retirement savings options. The hourly wage for this position ranges from $28.27 to $50.48 for full-time employees, in compliance with all applicable minimum wage laws.
