We are seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse for a Medical-Surgical Telemetry unit with a primarily MS patient population. Assignment Details: • Location: Greensboro, NC • Start Date: February 17, 2026 • Duration: 13 weeks • Shift: Nights, 3x12 (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) • Pay: $2,151 weekly gross ($23.60/hr W2 + $1,302 weekly per diem) • No local candidates within 50 miles Requirements: • Minimum 2 years RN experience • MS/Tele experience • EPIC experience required • BLS required | ACLS & NIHSS preferred • Must pass EKG exam during onboarding • Willingness to float as needed • First-time travelers welcome Patient Population: MS/Tele, observation, respiratory, general med-surg, palliative, hospice, psych observation, diabetes care, and post-surgical patients.
