<h3><strong>Job Summary</strong></h3>
<p>Centria Healthcare is hiring compassionate <strong>Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)</strong> to provide <strong>1:1 private duty nursing</strong> in patients’ homes. You’ll deliver skilled, personalized care to pediatric and adult patients in a low-stress, relationship-based setting.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="3"><strong>Caring for a bright, creative, and fully cognitive 24-year-old woman.</strong></p>
<p data-path-to-node="4">We are seeking a compassionate private duty nurse to provide care for a vibrant 24-year-old female who is fully cognitive and uses a tracheostomy and ventilator. She is a talented individual who enjoys <strong>drawing, crafting, and using her computer and phone.</strong> The successful candidate will primarily assist with tasks requiring hand use (unless she is at a high table) and general personal care. The patient's caring parents are highly involved and helpful with her care. Hours are flexible. Must be comfortable with one friendly dog in the home.</p>
<h3><strong>🕒 Shift Times</strong></h3>
<p><strong>Shift hours are available 7 days a week:</strong> We are hiring for shifts that primarily run from <strong>7:30 AM to 5:30 PM</strong>, though there is some flexibility in the start and end times.</p>
<h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Provide skilled nursing care (trach/vent care, medication administration, catheter care)</li>
<li>Monitor and document patient condition and vital signs</li>
<li>Assist with daily living activities (ADLs)</li>
<li>Communicate with families and care teams</li>
<li>Maintain safe, high-quality, patient-centered care<br><br></li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Schedule & Pay</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts available</li>
<li>Day, night, and weekend shifts</li>
<li>Weekly pay + optional daily pay</li>

<h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Active <strong>RN or LPN license</strong> in the state of Michigan</li>
<li>Home care or private duty experience preferred (not required)</li>
<li>Trach/vent experience a plus (training provided)</li>
<li>Strong communication and critical thinking skills<br><br></li>
</ul>
