Job Description
A company is looking for a Medicare & Medicaid Eligibility Specialist, Remote.
Key Responsibilities :
Conducts telephonic outreach for members applying or recertifying for Medicaid programs
Collaborates with government offices to ensure accurate application and recertification processes
Secures necessary documentation for Medicaid / MSP renewal applications
Required Qualifications :
Experience with Medicare / Medicaid programs and screening for Medicaid eligibility
Expertise in Medicaid, Special Needs Programs (SNP), Low Income Subsidy (LIS), and Medicare Savings Program (MSP)
2-3 years of related experience with direct consumer interaction
Ability to analyze and interpret governmental program criteria
Bachelor's or Associate's Degree is a plus
