Key Responsibilities
Review UM cases, focusing on oncology, and apply appropriate criteria
Collaborate with providers to ensure adherence to guidelines and timelines
Document UM activities accurately and maintain confidentiality
Required Qualifications
3+ years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in oncology care
1+ years of Utilization Management experience
Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of residence
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Experience with relationship building and effective communication
