Role Description

This is a contract Hybrid role for a Utilization Review Nurse. The Utilization Review Nurse will be responsible for conducting utilization management, discharge planning, and reviewing medical records. The role encompasses evaluating patient care, ensuring appropriate utilization of resources, and collaborating with healthcare teams to coordinate ongoing care and discharge plans.

Qualifications
• Experience in Utilization Management and prior authorization
• Strong background in Medicine and Nursing
• Proficiency in managing and analyzing Medical Records
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
• Active RN New jersey license
