A company is looking for a Per Diem Nurse Practitioner specializing in Telephonic Assessment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide individualized telephonic assessments and care coordination for patients
Educate patients and families on treatment, services, and health status
Document clinical records accurately and in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
Current unrestricted advanced practice nursing license for state of residence and Virginia
3+ years of full-time clinical experience as an Advanced Practice Clinician
1+ years of obstetrical nursing experience
Willingness to obtain licensure in other states as needed
Demonstrated technology proficiency, including Microsoft Office and analytical software
