Your Role as a Registered Nurses (RNs)/ License Practical Nurse (LPNs):
At Edgewood Center for Rehab and Healthcare, our Registered Nurses (RNs)/ License Practical Nurse (LPNs) provide essential care to our residents by:
Monitoring patient health, recording vital signs, and updating care plans.
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
Assisting residents with daily activities to enhance their quality of life.
Supporting and collaborating with our nursing team, physicians, and families to ensure optimal care.
What You Need:
Active Registered Nurses (RN)/ License Practical Nurse (LPN) in New Hampshire or a compact state.
A commitment to providing compassionate and professional care.
