As a registered nurse, you'll be their advocate, communicating with the patient, their family, and the hospice care team to ensure that everyone is aligned with the plan of care. After-Hours Hospice RNs are salaried full-time positions covering on-call hours from 5pm on Friday to 8am on Monday. You will be fully supported by our 24/7 RN staffed Triage Department alongside your local hospice team. Qualifications: • A heart to serve patients and families with a passion for providing top-notch care • Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse • Experience: 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred) • Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 80-100 lbs while effectively bearing the weight of an average adult.
