Join Our Team as an After-Hours Hospice RN

As a registered nurse, you will play a vital role as an advocate for your patients, collaborating with the patient, their families, and the hospice care team to ensure a cohesive plan of care. Our After-Hours Hospice RNs hold salaried full-time positions, covering on-call shifts from 5 PM Friday to 8 AM Monday. You will receive full support from our 24/7 RN staffed Triage Department, alongside your dedicated local hospice team.

Qualifications:
• A heart to serve patients and families along with a passion for providing exceptional care.
• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current state RN license.
• Experience: 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred).
• Required: Reliable transportation and the ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 80-100 lbs effectively.
