As a registered nurse, you will be the voice for your patients, collaborating with the patient, their family, and the hospice care team to ensure the highest quality of care. You will serve as an advocate, helping to provide meaningful experiences for our patients and their families. This is a salaried full-time position covering after-hours on-call from 5 PM on Friday to 8 AM Monday. You will work alongside our supportive 24/7 RN staffed Triage Department as well as your local hospice team. Qualifications: • A genuine desire to serve patients and families, with a passion for delivering the best possible care • Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current state license as a registered nurse • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred) • Required: Reliable transportation, the ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 80-100 lbs, and bear the weight of an average adult effectively We have created a culture of care characterized by integrity, communication, diversity, and positive experiences, and we would love for you to join our family.
