While flexible scheduling is available, Saturday and Sunday availability is essential. The Weekend Registered Nurse will: • Conduct skilled nursing visits and effectively coordinate client care • Serve as the primary point of contact for all disciplines involved in patient care • Oversee visit frequencies throughout the care episode • Consult with physicians regarding patient care as needed • Accurately collect OASIS data and maintain up-to-date medication profiles • Ensure timely reporting of lab values to physicians • Participate in weekly case conferences and monthly case manager meetings Qualifications Registered Nurses (RNs) must meet the following criteria: • A current RN license in the state of employment • A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred • Knowledge and proficiency in current nursing practices • A valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance Additional Information Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
