Responsibilities
We are seeking a Full-time Weekend RN. Flexibility is essential, with required availability on Saturdays and Sundays.
The Weekend Registered Nurse is a field-based role that entails:
• Conducting skilled nursing visits and coordinating client care
• Serving as the main contact for all disciplines involved in patient care
• Managing the frequency of visits throughout the patient care episode
• Consulting with physicians and the office about patient care details as necessary
• Accurately collecting OASIS data and maintaining an updated medication profile
• Ensuring timely reporting of lab values to the physician
• Participating in weekly case conferences and monthly case manager meetings
Qualifications
To qualify as a Registered Nurse (RN), candidates must meet the following requirements:
• Current RN license in the state of employment
• Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience is preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge and skills in current nursing practices
• Valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance
