As a Weekend Registered Nurse, you will take full responsibility for delivering the Plan of Care for each hospice patient and continuously evaluate and enhance the quality of care provided.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct initial nursing evaluations to determine eligibility for hospice services within 48 hours of referral.
• Assess and address the physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs of patients and families, reviewing these needs no less than every 15 days.
• Develop and coordinate the plan of care while ensuring accurate clinical notes regarding patients' conditions are maintained.
• Document issues, set appropriate goals, outline interventions, and record patient/family responses to hospice care.
• Collaborate daily with patients, families, attending physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care.

Required Qualifications:
• Valid and unrestricted RN licensure in your state of practice.
• Valid Driver’s License, vehicle insurance, and access to reliable transportation.
• Current CPR Certification.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience.
• Able to adapt and provide care in any home setting, irrespective of the client’s age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial status.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.

Compensation for this role varies based on factors such as local labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we provide a robust benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase options, and a 401k contribution (benefits subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role ranges from $58,800 to $105,000 annually based on full-time employment. We adhere to all applicable minimum wage laws.
