Flexible scheduling is available, but availability on Saturday and Sunday is a must. The Home Health Weekend Registered Nurse will: • Conduct skilled nursing visits, coordinating comprehensive client care. • Serve as the main point of contact for all healthcare disciplines involved in patient care. • Oversee the visit frequency for patient episodes. • Consult with physicians and staff as needed regarding patient care details. • Perform accurate OASIS data collection and maintain current medication profiles. • Ensure timeliness of lab value reporting to physicians. • Participate in weekly case conferences and monthly case manager meetings. Qualifications Registered Nurses (RNs) must meet the following criteria: • Current RN license in the state of employment. • A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred. • Demonstrated knowledge and skills in current nursing practices. • Valid state driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.
