Job Knowledge: • Familiarity with nursing policies and protocols. • Knowledge of medication administration, potential side effects, and regulations related to resident care. • Comprehensive understanding of nursing practices. • Aware of the physical, psychological, social, and medical needs of residents. • Understand the organizational structure and the responsibilities of staff supervised by the unit manager.
