Qualifications • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in practicing state. • Ability to assess residents' needs. • Skilled in developing individual care plans for patients. • Prior nurse leadership experience is desired. • Experience in the skilled/long term setting preferred. • A passion for making a difference in the lives of others. • Ability to follow state and Federal rules and regulations which govern the practices within the facility.
